Sea Watch features everything you and your family will need to make the most of your adventure on KI.

The property features three bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate six to eight guests. The bedding configuration includes one queen, four single bunks and sofa beds, and there is also a portable cot available upon request. The full kitchen facilities include a microwave and there is also a gas barbecue on the upper storey deck. Downstairs is a 2nd TV room and a well-equipped games room with darts, table tennis and computer games so the kids can be kept entertained while you chill out upstairs. There's even a slow combustion heater to warm things up on those cosy winter nights.

Best of all, the house boasts uninterrupted views of Eastern Cove and is situated adjacent to the beach and boat ramp. The protected bay is one of the safest beaches on the island so you can relax while the kids mess around in the water and the fish are plentiful so make sure you cast a line or two. Alternatively, simply sit back and watch the sun set over the water from the upper storey deck enjoying the peace and tranquillity of this well-kept secret.

Quilts and pillows are provided but guests are reminded to please bring their own bed linen and towels.
